GYMPIE BLOCKWORKS recommends when laying CLASSIC COLLECTION or FEDERATION SANDSTONE COLLECTION that cement colour be off white "sunlight" or similar. |
If intending to have quoining to window and door openings, window and door widths should be divisible by 400 mm to make each side symmetrical and balanced. When quoining, take note that windows or doors are not too close together, making large sections of smooth panels. When using arch bars over doors and windows in veneer construction, blockwork must work guage at joinery line. |
